PURPOSE:
This video is intended to prepare the student for many of the responsibilities, challenges, and demands of pastoral ministry.
OBJECTIVES:
Explain the uniqueness of pastoral ministry and its place in the total ministry of the pastor.
Discussion of priorities in the life of a pastor.
Understanding the difference between being a natural leader and a spiritual leader.
Understanding the difference between being a manager and a leader.
Offering a synopsis of servant leadership.
Discussing the life of a 21 century Pastor.
INSTRUCTIONAL PROCEDURES:
The primary method of instruction will be lecture and reading as deemed by each student.
