Compassion Driven Leadership

This course explores the importance of compassion in leadership and how it can positively impact individuals, teams, and organizations in a ministry context. Using Matthew 9:35-38 as a guide, students will learn about the characteristics of compassionate leaders and how they can cultivate empathy, kindness, and understanding in their ministry work. The course will cover emotional intelligence, active listening, conflict resolution, and ethical decision-making. Students will also examine case studies of successful ministry leaders who prioritize compassion in their work and reflect on their leadership style to identify areas for growth.
